September 2025 Salem NH Police Building Update

The new Police Station is starting to be built! Salem NH Police Chief Joel Dolan, provides the community with an update about the ongoing work at the new Police Station as of September 2025.

The first floor slab has been poured and that floor should be done by end of December. The concrete walls are starting to go up on the Southeast corner. The sally port and tactical training area have been brought up to grade and slab will be poured there by end of Sept. Chief Dolan states that he is expecting the building to be weather tight by Feb/March 2026. Police Station completion date anticipated to be 8/6/26 and move-in ready for Sept 2026.
