Travelers should be aware that repairs are scheduled for the flyover bridge leading to The Mall at Rockingham Park over the coming months. The bridge is expected to be fully closed from April 1, 2026, to November 13, 2026, while the work is in progress.

Residents and visitors should plan accordingly for potential traffic impacts in the area and allow extra travel time when visiting nearby businesses and destinations. Looking ahead to Spring and Summer 2027, additional construction is expected to continue, which will involve one lane being closed on the flyover bridge as well as temporary lane closures on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

Drivers are encouraged to exercise caution in the area and follow all posted signage during the various phases of construction.
