The Town of Salem is pleased to announce that Justine Caron has joined our team as the Town’s new Human Resources Director.

 

Justine comes to us with a wide breadth of knowledge, education, and over twenty years of experience in the field of Human Resources (HR). She holds an MBA and multiple certifications in HR.

 

As a people-centered HR practitioner, Justine’s background includes all aspects of HR, including employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, professional development, retention, succession planning, and legal compliance. She has a history of championing initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, mentoring and coaching, and employee engagement and recognition.
