In an effort to enhance employee appreciation, the Town of Salem has launched an Employee of the Month Recognition Program. The Town is thrilled to announce that Kristen Moyer has been named our April Employee of the Month!

Kristen’s recognition is well deserved and speaks volumes about her dedication, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. Over the past seven months, she has not only excelled in her primary role as Administrative Assistant for Prosecution but has also seamlessly taken on the additional responsibilities of Administrative Assistant for the Chief of Police. Balancing two demanding roles is no easy task, yet Kristen continues to perform at a high level with professionalism and a consistently positive attitude.

Her ability to manage complex, dual responsibilities while keeping both the Prosecution and Police Departments running smoothly is a reflection of her strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills. Kristen’s support extends far beyond completing tasks—she creates a welcoming and collaborative environment that benefits both internal teams and the community we serve.

Kristen has also brought fresh ideas to the table, including improvements to office paperwork and filing systems that have increased efficiency across the board. Her creativity, flexibility, and willingness to go above and beyond exemplify the spirit of teamwork and service we value so highly here in the Town of Salem.

Please join me in congratulating Kristen on this well-earned recognition. We’re grateful for all she does!
