The Salem Fire Department recently joined members of the Salem Firefighters Relief Association in recognizing recent Salem High School graduate Brodie, recipient of both the Salem Firefighters Relief Association Annual Scholarship and the Brian Murray Memorial Scholarship.

Brodie previously participated in the Salem Fire Department’s High School Internship Program, where he had the opportunity to learn more about the fire service and gain firsthand experience with the department. He will now attend Lakes Region Community College as he continues working toward his goal of pursuing a career in the fire service.

The Town of Salem is proud to recognize a young member of our community who has already demonstrated a strong interest in serving others. Congratulations, Brodie, and best wishes as you begin this exciting next chapter!
