Salem Seniors went on a horseback riding trip back in June! This was another wonderful adventure trip through the Ingram Senior Center. Trips Administrator, Wendy Peters, organized this event with Lucky 7 Stables in Londonderry. Twenty seven (27) seniors set out to release their inner cowgirl/cowboy to ride the horses for an enjoyable 5-mile ride through the trails of Londonderry. The staff provided basic instructions and much appreciated help with the mounting and dismounting of the horses. After the trip it was off to Sunnycrest Farms for ice cream and pastries. The event was enjoyed by all!
