Salem Fire Department to Host Free Community CPR, AED, and First Aid Training – February 2026

The Salem Fire Department will be hosting a free Community CPR, AED, and First Aid training for residents on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This training is open to community members who are interested in learning essential lifesaving skills and gaining hands-on experience in emergency response.

The session will take place at the Salem Fire Department, located at 152 Main Street. Participants will receive instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and basic First Aid techniques. These skills can be critical in emergency situations and help individuals feel more confident and prepared to respond when it matters most.

There is no cost to attend this training; however, registration is required, and space is limited. Residents are encouraged to register in advance to secure a spot. This community training opportunity reflects the Salem Fire Department’s ongoing commitment to public safety and community preparedness.

Please note: This is a general educational course only and does not provide CPR, AED, or First Aid certification. There are no prerequisites to attend.
