The Salem Fire Department would like you to know that Thursday, May 23, 2024 is ‘Stop the Bleed’ day.

Many people have learned about preparing for potential heart attacks, strokes, heat stroke, etc. At the same time, being informed on what you should do if someone has life-threatening bleeding can be just as important.
