Town of Salem, NH

The Salem Conservation Commission gratefully recognizes the generous donation of a 32-acre parcel at 1 Braemoor Woods Road (Map 109 / Lot 7900).

In 2018, Gino Baroni and Steven Lewis, the developers of Braemoor Woods, donated the land, which has since been designated as permanent open space that is managed by the Conservation Commission. This open space substantially enhances the neighborhood and benefits the Town as a whole from both recreational and conservation perspectives.

The parcel has over 2,000 feet of frontage on Veteran’s Memorial Parkway and 2,400 feet of frontage on Braemoor Woods Road. It features an established trail system that was built by Mr. Baroni and Mr. Lewis, which connects to sidewalks and additional walking trails that link Veteran’s Memorial Parkway to Cluff Road. Additionally, the parcel offers ample public access and encompasses large areas of upland soils.

The Salem Conservation Commission expresses their gratitude for this generous donation. Please click here to view the site location in Salem’s MapGeo program.
