The Ingram Senior Center is promoting their upcoming Rockingham Nutrition and Meals on Wheels lunch specials.  Two meals/seatings will be held: the first on Thursday, October 24th and the second on Thursday, October 31, both at 11:30 am.  Both take place in the dining room at the Ingram Senior Center, 1 Sally Sweets Way, Salem.

The lunch special on October 31 will be followed by a halloween costume contest and a game of trivia tunes.

Participants can choose from either hot a cold meal options.  On 10/24 the hot meal will feature Roast Pork with gravy, long grain & wild rice, carrot & turnip blend, dinner roll, and cinnamon bread pudding.
