Portion of Windham Rail Trail to be Closed April 7 – May 5, 2025

Attention Rail Trail Users

A portion of the Windham Rail Trail will be closed from April 7, 2025 to May 5, 2025 for the repair of the Governor Dinsmore Bridge.

The closure of will be from Roulston Road in Windham heading north to the Governor Dinsmore Bridge and heading south from the Windham Depot approximately 100 yards before the bridge.

This will affect Salem Bicycle Pedestrian Corridor (Rail Trail) users heading north into Windham since they will need to turn around and head back toward Salem during the construction period. Additionally, anyone heading south from the Windham Depot will have to make a U-turn at the closed signs and head back toward the Depot.
