New Cardio Fitness Program Launches in April

A high energy and innovative cardio class open to residents & non-residents

The Salem Recreation Division of the Community Services Department is launching its first ever Cardio Tennis Program in late April for both residents and non residents 18 years or older!

Cardio Tennis serves as an ideal introduction to the sport or an optimal training method for experienced players. This program merges the finest aspects of tennis with cardiovascular fitness, offering a dynamic, calorie-burning aerobic and anaerobic workout that engages the entire body. Whether you’re new to tennis or a seasoned pro this program offers you with a high energy & innovative class that mixes the best cardio elements of Tennis.

This year the Salem Recreation Division of the Community Services Department is offering a new way to play. The Cardio Tennis Programs start late April immediately following the Intermediate Adult Tennis Courses on Saturday Mornings. In this new program, the department is offering a way to pay for the sessions you wish to attend, or paying for the total program.
