Families can enjoy creatively decorated trunks, treats, costumes, and plenty of Halloween spirit. More than 60 local businesses and vendors will be participating. Friends of Salem Recreation, Inc. will also host a free costume contest for attendees. Parking will be available at the Rockingham County Courthouse and Salem Town Hall.
