Draft Salem Master Plan Now Available for Public Review / Comment

After over a year of hard work and effort, the Town is excited to announce the Draft Salem Master Plan is now available for public review and comment. To view the Master Plan, please choose one of the links below:

After reading the Master Plan, the public can provide public comment and feedback through the Google Form linked below. These comments will be provided to the Planning Board for their consideration, prior to the tweaking and final adoption of the Master Plan.

At the joint Master Plan Steering Committee and Planning Board meeting on February 19, 2025, the Steering Committee voted unanimously to approve the draft Plan with a few items to be tweaked. The next step in the process is for the Planning Board to review, refine and adopt the Master Plan. This will occur in late March or early April.
