In an effort to enhance employee appreciation, the Town of Salem has launched an Employee of the Month Recognition Program. The Town is thrilled to announce that Fire Dispatcher Lauren Coty has been named our August 2025 Employee of the Month!

Lauren is a true standout—her professionalism, quick thinking, and clear communication make a real difference every day. Whether she’s handling an emergency call, supporting her team, or helping a resident in need, Lauren brings calm, compassion, and care to everything she does.

She’s known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to service—qualities that make her a role model within the department and a trusted voice in high-pressure situations.

We’re proud to recognize Lauren for her outstanding contributions and dedication. She’s an incredible asset to the Salem community, and we’re lucky to have her on our team!
