Town Council Updates 2025 Water and Sewer Rates

At the September 23, 2024 Town Council meeting, the Town Council voted to pass Resolution 2024-42 which updates the sewer and water rates as noted below. These changes will be effective starting 1/1/25.

  • Effective 1/1/25, the water rate for in town customers will increase to $4.55 per 100 cubic feet and $5.23 per 100 cubic feet for out of town customers.
  • Effective 1/1/25, the sewer rate will increase to $5.45 per 100 cubic feet.
