Joe Devine and Ross Moldoff talk with Marc Lehoullier from Trident, who is the Owners Project Manager for the new Police Station project. He discusses how to efficiently design and plan for the new facility. Marc acts as a go-between for the Town and Contractor to verify costs and deficiencies in the overall plan, and acts as the Town’s eyes and ears to confirm the project is moving forward in the best interests of the Town.

The Town of Salem is proposing a $38.6 million dollar Warrant Article (#8) for the construction of a new Police Station.
