On Thursday, May 30, the Master Plan Steering Committee (MPSC) and Utile Design hosted a public outreach event where nearly 50 people attended and gave their input on the Master Plan and all things Salem!
The evening started with a short presentation about the Master Plan background, survey results, and what the event would hold. Then, the group broke up into different areas of interest and had the opportunity to let MPSC members, Town staff, and Utile know their thoughts about various areas of interest to be explored in the Master Plan. These areas include housing, transportation, the economy, recreation opportunities, and more! Feedback will be taken into consideration as the Master Plan process progresses.
