Town of Salem, NH

The Town and the Master Plan Steering Committee would like to remind residents that the second phase Master Plan has been extended to Wednesday, November 27. This will be your LAST CHANCE to provide input via the survey.

The second phase survey walks you through the draft vision statement, four draft pillars of the Master Plan, and two vision focus areas (Depot and Historic Town Center). There are various proposed recommendations related to housing, town connectors, mixed-use development, and gathering spaces.

You can take the online version of the survey or view a PDF version to print out and bring to the Town Hall Planning Department. Please view both of those links below:

To view the Town’s Master Plan page, please visit: https://salemnh.gov/masterplan

For further explanation on the proposed recommendations, please view the materials pages and recordings on the Town’s Master Plan page or view the last Town Hall Times master plan article here: https://news.salemnh.gov/draft-master-plan-public-workshop-recap-final-survey-now-open-september-20-2024-update/
