The Town is pleased to welcome Juliann Isabell to the team as our new Recreation Coordinator.  Isabell is responsible for youth and adult recreational programming, including activities at Hedgehog Park and Palmer pre-school.  Juliann grew up in Pelham and has experience in education, sales and marketing.  She brings a contagious enthusiasm and positivity to her work.  Please join us in giving her a warm welcome.
