Fire Chief Craig Lemire presided over this year’s annual Memorial Ceremony/Breakfast to honor members of the Salem Fire Dept. This year marks the first time that family members of the newest fallen Firefighters are invited to bring a flower up to the memorial.

Despite the rain, the ceremony was well attended.  A total of 108 names were read, including our most recent members who were added to the monument at Pine Grove Cemetery – Captain Kevin Kimball, Lieutenant Bob Currie, FF Leon Buzzell, Deputy Chief Brian Murray and FF Manny Santos.
